These are the terms that govern your use of the 88ef platform. They are written in plain language to make sure you understand your rights and responsibilities before you register. Please read them before creating an account.

Each player may hold exactly one 88ef account. Duplicate accounts result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. If you already have an account and have forgotten your login, contact 88ef support.

88ef accounts run natively in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and game balances are all denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges from 88ef's side. Minimum deposit is Rs 500 via any supported local payment method.

To open and use an 88ef account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
88ef reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility requirements are not or are no longer met. In cases where ineligibility is discovered after deposits have been made, the resolution process will depend on the nature of the breach and is handled on a case-by-case basis by the 88ef compliance team.
Each player may hold only one 88ef account. Registering more than one account – whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, devices or payment methods – is a serious breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player will be suspended pending review. Any bonus balances across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Real-money balances across accounts may be consolidated to a single payout at 88ef's discretion.
When registering at 88ef, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information including your name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
You are responsible for the security of your 88ef account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. 88ef will never ask you to share your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 88ef support immediately and change your password.
Account names cannot be changed once registered. If there is an error in your registered name, contact 88ef support with the correct information and appropriate documentation. Name changes are processed through the verification team and may take 2–3 business days.
All deposits at 88ef are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for all supported payment methods. There is no maximum deposit amount, though very large deposits may be subject to additional verification under 88ef's anti-money laundering procedures.

All funds deposited at 88ef must come from a payment account or card that belongs to you. Depositing funds from a payment account that is not in your name is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension. In the event that a payment is received from an account not belonging to the registered player, 88ef reserves the right to hold the funds pending investigation and to return them to the originating payment source.
Deposits are normally credited to your 88ef wallet instantly or within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 30 minutes, contact 88ef support with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider.
Withdrawals of real-money (non-bonus) funds from 88ef are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is standard practice to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds return to their origin. If you have deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will be processed to the same JazzCash account.
The minimum withdrawal amount at 88ef is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal amount, though withdrawals above Rs 200,000 in a single transaction may be subject to additional processing time while verification is completed. 88ef aims to process all withdrawal requests within five minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on banking hours and network conditions.
If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the expected timeframe at 88ef, first check your account withdrawal history to confirm the request has been submitted. Then contact 88ef live support with the withdrawal reference number. Most delays are caused by payment network issues outside of 88ef's control and are resolved promptly once identified.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88ef platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and may have all balances forfeited pending investigation.
88ef employs monitoring systems that flag unusual activity patterns. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, 88ef may place a temporary hold on the account while investigation is conducted. During an investigation, withdrawals may be suspended. If investigation confirms no breach, the hold is removed promptly and any withdrawals already requested are processed.

88ef reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete required verification; identification of a duplicate account; non-eligibility of the account holder; or at the player's own request.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 88ef will follow this general process: suspend the account; investigate the breach; communicate findings to the player where appropriate; determine the outcome of any real-money balance based on the nature of the breach. Bonus balances are forfeited in all breach cases. Real-money balances may be returned to the depositing payment source depending on the nature of the breach.
Players who wish to close their own 88ef account may do so by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Active bonus balances are not paid out on account closure.

Game content – including slot game graphics, live studio feeds, and table game interfaces – is the intellectual property of the respective software providers who have licensed their content to 88ef for display on the platform. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is a breach of both these terms and the relevant third-party intellectual property rights.
88ef provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable, uninterrupted service at all times, we cannot guarantee that the 88ef platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88ef's liability to any player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of any claim. 88ef is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses including but not limited to lost gambling winnings that result from platform downtime, game errors or payment processing delays caused by third-party payment providers.
In the event of a game malfunction – including display errors, incorrect payout calculations or disconnections during live games – 88ef reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player. This applies to both RNG slots and live casino games. Voided rounds do not count toward wagering requirements or VIP points calculations.

Your continued use of the 88ef platform after changes to these terms have been published (and the notification period has elapsed) constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using 88ef and may close your account by contacting support, with your real-money balance returned to your payment account.
Minor changes – such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to reflect new payment methods or game types – may be made without prior notification and take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1 July 2025 and supersede all previous versions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and any promotional material or in-platform description, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
